In line with a project study for the development of a country-wide network of uniformly led German-Vietnamese Health Centers in Vietnam, DiARC Architects was assigned the design of a suitable modular structured building type. Facade, form and function of this design considered the following criteria:
- High flexibility regarding area requirements  and non-standard  adjustment to different locations by modular structure.
- High flexibility regarding finishings and specifications for the different medical supply installations by skeleton consruction (modular grid 7,20m).
- Adjustment to special climatic conditions in Vietnam by an appropriate facade construction with consideration of sun protection, thermic protection as well as natural ventilation and  illumination.
- Reduction of energy consumption by the using of geothermics and solar technique.
