The Hotel Molodeschni
is a four star hotel in Volgodonsk,
near Tsimlyanskoye Lake.
A 15 metres high atrium of the entrance hall forms the center of the building. Two fully glazed elevators and an open stairway connect the lobby with the the upper floor levels. In addition to the hotel facilities with reception, lobby, back office and restaurant, externally leased shop units are planned on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a wellness area, an event area plus bar and lounge. A total of 75 rooms will occupy the 2nd the 4th floors. Additionally, the hotel provides a large rooftop garden with sun deck.
