The new “Benetton Building” is situated on Vali Asr Avenue in the heard of Teheran. It contains boutiques, offices, apartments and underground parking lots.
It was our aim to create a building with a striking form, offering transparency inside as well as outside, and which radiates openness and provides a positive atmosphere to work in.
The building consists of four parts: the southern and the northern office tract, the service tract and the atrium. The atrium is located between the two office tracts and forms the centre of the building and the focal point of internal communication. It is seven storey high and to the west rises a glass façade from floor to ceiling. Two fully glazed elevators and an open stairway enables the tenants and visitors to reach all upper floor levels in a spectacular way. The internal shop facades to the atrium can be opened over the full length, making it possible to enlarge the sales area into the inner atrium hall.
Each office level provides single and group offices. These are laid out from a 1,35-meter grid. The partitions can be easily moved so that the individual rooms can be extended. The galleries in the atrium provide a great deal of space for communication.
The top floor has luxury apartments of different sizes, each with a sun terrace and a roof garden. The floor plan offers a maximum of privacy.
