was to create a facade, combining traditional historical and modern facade elements.
Special floors like the technique floors got particularly accents in your facade designaccording to the technical request. Massive strongly structured natural stone - glass facades reflect the architecture language of the historical buildings in the inner city.
Additional large scaled modern glass facades take the massiveness and give a natural elegance to the building. The use of mechanically parallel outward moving windows enables a naturally ventilation of all apartments up to the top level.
