This 35 storey high-rise office complex is part of a new urban development project in Kiev close to the Dnepr River. The form of the building based on two bilaterally trimmed cubes, each turned to form the outline of a parallelogram.
The special form and composition of these buildings creates a striking visual landmark. The building base includes tree underground parking levels, shops, restaurants and a conference center with a glasdome-covered auditory.
