The master plan „Boulevard Druzhby Narodow“ is an urban development vision for the new 11,2 ha large area in Pecherskij Quarter in Kiev. This concept includes the area of the Boulevard Druzhby Narodow, along the Staronavodnitskaja Road up to the Zarskoe Selo district. Referring to the topography, this concept forms two zones, an area with predominant business use and an area with predominant residential use. A wide pedestrian promenade with shops, restaurants, spa supplies and clubs connects both areas. A 34-storey high-rise office complex at WOw Square creates a striking visual landmark and marks the gate to the business area. A wide perrone leads to the tower tablet and from there through the tower bases to a raised busy urban square. Shoppingmall, business center and cinema complex are opened from here. The green course of the directly connecting forested hillside continues on the roof of the mall. Here develops a high-quality halfpublic green belt lined by residential buildings. The buildings of the area with predominant residential use are grouped around a new created circular urban square with shops and restaurants in the ground floor level. Two apartment towers mark the backbone of the area and form the gate to the adjacent park.
Several underground garages below the entire area offer sufficiently parking for owners, tenants and visitors.
